okay so, so far these are the results for the days when people CAN make it;
15th - 10 people.
16th - 10 people.

see, i have not been getting quite active responses and i have to inform ms netty about the date soon.
those who have taken the effort, thanks alot. i guess we will be settling on the date by the first week of December.
PLEASE PLEASE tell me those dates. i need to see the majority and from there only will lyndsey and i be able to set the date.
